It's official: Launching the IMMA Membership π
It feels sooooo good to finally unveil the IMMA Membership β a labor of love that's been through endless iterations. It's been a journey of discovery and I'm excited to share the result with you.
Crafting with care and finding joy in the iterations
Creating this was a dance, with steps forward, backward, and sometimes sideways. Different iterations on the website didn't spark excitement in me, so I held back on promoting the membership. I learned that if your offering doesnβt excite you yet, take it as a sign to tweak and turn until it does.
So what is at the core of this membership?
Meeting your needs, wherever you are on your entrepreneurial journey.Β
IMMA supports individuals at the start of their solo venture, as well as experienced solopreneurs. Discover two tailored paths designed to support you and your business, Seed and Nurture.Β
Seed

Who are my ideal clients, and where can I find them?Β
Is my approach financially viable?
What unique services can I offer?
How do I juggle client work with marketing, sales, and administration?
Seed, a two-month interactive programme, shows you how to avoid common freelancer pitfalls, accelerates your personal and professional growth, and offers you:
A structured action plan that will help you lay the foundations of your business and find your first clients.
Bespoke guidance to help you design and communicate your unique offering.
Access to a supportive cohort of peers, as well as networking opportunities.
So impact maker, are you ready to set yourself up for success and start your solo business?

Nurture
Itβs no mean feat to build your solo business from the ground up. But once youβve settled into this new career and lifestyle, questions naturally start to arise:Β
How do I consistently find and attract more aligned opportunities?Β
How do I set professional goals for myself and stay accountable?
How do I level up my work and offering?
Nurture is a bi-annual membership for experienced freelancers and consultants in the social change and sustainability space, who want to intentionally take their solo business to the next level. Nurture gives you access to:Β
Over 75 curated opportunities a month.Β
Monthly βSense and Respondβ sessions, which help you track and monitor your progress, and connect you with other specialists in the space.Β
Weekly βpower hoursβ and sharing sessions to get advice and accountability.
Bespoke guides and templates designed to save you time and money.
Ready to grow together, not alone?

What's happening at IMMA?
π¬Β A sneak peek at what's happening behind the scenes:
My realisation about IMMA's seasonal membership structure struck me during a walk in nature β a beautiful reminder of why it's so vital to connect with the natural world. π±
Transforming IMMA's website used to be a weeks-long process with professional help. Now, after countless iterations, I've taken the plunge into DIY territory, even venturing into illustration. It's not perfect, but right now I value 'messy action' over perfection.
Looking forward to our upcoming Sense & Response session, this time coming to you live from Rome. Can't wait to see you there!
Navigating payments and taxes for IMMA's global digital business is challenging, so if you know an Italian accountant experienced in this field, I'd appreciate a referral.
Thanks for letting me into your inbox π«Ά
Take care, and hey, if you know someone who could benefit from the membership why not share this newsletter?Β
