Compared with even five years ago (ie before covid) it’s so much easier to have an informal zoom call. I never did sales before but it must have felt really difficult to book a coffee IRL. I try to get someone on the phone even for 15 mins. Most people are intrigued and it’s low risk/low effort. Rare to end the call thinking that was a waste.
