Great article Lilly! I would add nourishing yourself with real food to the movement and mindfulness. Plus eating at a table to digest and absorb nutrients well. I’m currently working out of a We Work. I see so much hamburger juice dripping into laptops because people think they will get more done by not taking a break to eat. Yet the are less productive doing that 🤦‍♀️
