I like the point about “I’m not good at sajes”. No one thinks they are because sales feels forced like you’re taking something. But refrained as helping makes sales feel more generous and mutual. Like these examples Lilli

Thanks, absolutely. Hannah Morris reframed the concept of sales for me. She says, "Marketing is about opening conversations, and sales is about closing them." We are all capable of having conversations, and being a partner who can offer support in solving problems for others allows us to see sales in a new light.
